（1）商品の拡大画像、商品情報／サイズ（容量）・カラーをご確認の上、商品詳細ページ内にてご希望のサイズ（容量）・サイズを選択し「カートに入れる」ボタンを押して下さい。

（2）「ショッピングカート」画面に切り替わり、カート内に商品が確保されます。
ご注文数量を変更される方は、数量より希望数量の変更ボタンを押して下さい。

（3）続けてご注文される方は「戻るボタン」を押すと画面が移動し、続けて商品をご注文いただけます。
商品をカートに入れた時点ではその商品を確保したことにはなりません。
購入手続き完了と同時に商品が確保されます。ご注意下さい。

（1）ログインしていないメンバーの方は、メールアドレス･パスワードを入力し、「ログインする」ボタンを押して下さい。
「お届け先」「配送方法」の確認・選択画面へ移動します。

（2）既にログインしているメンバーの方は、「購入手続き」ボタンを押して下さい。
「お届け先」「配送方法」の確認・選択画面へ移動します。

（3）メンバー登録をされていない方は「会員登録（無料）はこちらより」ボタンを押して下さい。
メンバー登録後、ショッピングカートに戻ります。

（1）「お届け先入力」画面にて、お名前・住所・電話番号など、メンバー登録の情報を変更の場合は「アドレスを変更」ボタンを押して下さい。
基本的にはメンバー登録の情報が記載されています。

（2）佐川急便、又はゆうパックにて商品を配送致します。
ご希望のお届け希望日／時間帯を選択下さい。
（希望なし）を選択された場合は自動的に最短日数での配送となります。
また、（お届け希望日）以外の配送希望日時などのご要望があれば、（ご注文についてのコメント）へご記入下さい。

（1）（ご請求先）のご住所をご確認下さい。
商品をプレゼントされる場合など、商品の送付先と代金のご請求先が変更される場合がありますので、新しいご請求先をご記入下さい。

（2）「お支払い方法」にて、ご利用されるお支払方法を選択して下さい。

ご注文内容・お届け先情報・お届け希望日・ご請求先・お支払い方法をご確認の上、「注文する」ボタンを押して下さい。

発送地域は日本国内のみで、発送お届け日時指定は可能です。
ただし、指定日・指定時間はあくまで目安となっております。
指定をいただいても、交通事情や商品の入荷日程等の事情により遅れる場合もございます。
基本的にご指定いただける配達時間帯は下記の通りです。
日付指定の最短のお届け日は お支払い完了より2営業日後から可能となります。


Your items will be transported and delivered by trustworthy couriers – Sagawa transport express and JP Pack (Yu-pack).
Delivery day and hours segment can be specified on your request.
However, the appointed day and hours are tentative, and unexpected weather and traffic condition may cause some delay and adjustment of time on delivery.
In case of difficulty receiving your order, you can either fax or email us and we’ll contact the delivery company for you.

The earliest arrival date that you can specify is on and after the 2nd business day from the completion of your payment.

お客様の都合の返品は原則としてお受けいたしかねます。
商品がお手元に届きましたら、すぐに、注文と違ったものが送られていないかをご確認ください。
また、発送後のお客様の都合による受け取り拒否・配達不能などの理由による返品に関してもこちらではお受けいたしかねますので、代金全額をお客様の責任においてお支払い願います。

In general, the product(s) return due to any reason attributable to the customer, return of said product won’t be accepted.

Upon request from the customer, the return or exchange of a product will be accepted where any defect (i.e. malfunction or damage, etc. which existed from the beginning or which occurred during shipment) is discovered as long as the product is returned to us (at our cost) upon our agreement within 10 days of the date of its arrival at the shipping address provided. However, after 11 days, the product may be returned to us (at the customer’s expense).

When a product is returned, the amount which the customer paid to us will be refunded (Shipping fees will be deducted in cases where the product is returned for any reason attributable to the customer), but no interest will accrue with respect to the amount to be refunded by us. The refunds of product proceed only when the exchange of product is not available at the store in timely manner.
